1 medium onion
2 tomatoes
1 turnip
1/2 cabbage
1/2 teaspoon ajwain
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon black sesame
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon roasted black pepper
2 tablespoon olive oil


In a bowl, combine 2 cups of boiled black chickpeas and 1 cup of roasted peanut.
Take 1 medium onion, 2 cucumbers & tomatoes, 1 turnip and 1/2 cabbage, cut all of them like chopped. Add them in bowl and mix well.
Now, for digestion, sprinkle ajwain, red chili powder, black sesame, salt, and roasted black pepper. Include olive oil and mix again very well. Done. Eat at noon time in daily routine.
